Bob Adamson is a disciple of Nisargadatta Maharaj. He is still alive and teaching in Australia . His teaching is very direct: He says that, you are self shining pure Awareness; you are always that. If you feel limitation, look at the thought of 'I', which is the cause of the limitation, separation, and fear, etc. See that this is not who you are, that you are already free.
